Ma Belle Lianne

Lianne and I have been friends for a very long time...yet this is the first page I have of her!I had a lot of fun doing this page. I used several different types of technique! Stamping, ribbon, cricut, shape cutting and making my own button! It was great fun!

When she is sick

When Sophie is sick all she wants is her blanket, superman shirt and a place to lay her head. She was so sick this past January...such a rare sight to see her just sleeping on the couch because she's sick.

Again trying to use my March Scrapping Kit paper. Decided to play with some ribbon and this is the first time that I used Tim Holtz new alphabet masks! Oh me like me like!!! Also was trying to think of creative ways to journal. Sadly it didn't turn out like I had hoped as it did on my draft. Worth a shot!

My first completed Scrapbook for my MIL as a gift

So I did it! This is my first completed Scrapbook. It is my mother~in~law's birthday and I made this book for her. It is an 8 x8.

Completed my first book

I've done it! I made a whole book! It is a little 8x8 about the kids. Found it a lot easier than working on 12x12 pages but now I am very excited to try another one! They make great gifts! Pictures to come!

School Pics

One of the big "in" things to do as a child was to swap school pictures with your friends. As kids my sister and I were not allowed to swap school pictures as they were for family. We giggle now as we find strips and strips of the same pictures in albums. Guess the family didn't want them! lol I'm thankful now as I have these great pictures of my sister to scrap :)

Card Kit by SGD

So this is the first month that I have received SGD's card kit!!! Oh I like I like I like it a lot! I may never need to go buy another card if I can make them myself! The first Card is my first attempt a little too much on the dark side but I am much happier with the second one!

Getting started...

Since having my kids all I want to to is record every moment and if I could I would scrap every minute too...Sadly there are not enough hours in the day! But then yesterday I was forwarded Julie's blog! And seeing what she put together was amazing to say the least and I was inspired! So it is thanks to Julie,  I now have a working blog a...still working out the details but happy with what I got! Thanks Julie!

To add to this Scrappin' Great Deals Blog had a blog jump! Wow is all I can say! What beautiful pages!
Feeling very inspired at the moment. Hope this means that my girls will join me this afternoon to scrap!
